For Learning & Development

Create learning at the speed your business changes. Deliver it everywhere.

Your team shouldn't have to rebuild its workflow every time a course crosses a language, a market or an audience. OTTO decides what each asset needs before anything runs: routine content keeps moving on its own, and your experts are pulled in only where their judgment changes the outcome.

Built for training that has to reach everyone, everywhere.
Routine content moves on its own. Experts see only what matters.
The reality

Creating more training isn't the hard part anymore. Keeping it current everywhere is.

Your course is finished. Then the product changes. A policy changes. An SME sends an update. A new market launches. One asset quietly becomes dozens of versions to produce, check, update and republish.

Every update multiplies

A five-minute change to the source course becomes hours of coordination: the deck, the SCORM package, the assessment, the captions and the help article all have to move, in every market. The change is small. The rollout never is.

Your experts become the bottleneck

SMEs and instructional designers end up re-reading routine content simply because it now exists in another market. That is not where their judgment is worth the most.

Not every asset carries the same risk

A leadership video, a product tutorial and a mandatory safety course shouldn't follow the same review workflow. Most teams still treat them as if they do.

Use cases

OTTO meets learning teams where the content lives.

eLearning · microlearning · onboarding · product training · SOP training · compliance modules · assessments · job aids · knowledge articles · customer academies

01 · Employee Learning & Onboarding

Onboarding and skills content that reaches a distributed workforce without multiplying the work.

OTTO reads each asset, works out how it should be handled, and moves the routine volume on its own, so every region gets the same content on the same schedule.

Onboarding journeys

New-hire paths produced for every region and kept aligned to the source as roles and policies change.

eLearning courses & microlearning

Course content, scripts and assessments produced across markets with your terminology intact.

Job aids & performance support

Short-form support content kept current in every language people actually work in.

Skills & leadership programmes

Lower-risk development content that moves automatically instead of queuing behind everything else.

1 onboarding path → 12 markets → live on the same day
02 · Compliance & High-Stakes Training

Mandatory training gets the controls it deserves, without making everything else carry that cost.

OTTO holds regulated, safety and policy content for expert validation and a signed record, while lower-risk material keeps moving on the automated path.

Mandatory & regulated training

Safety, ethics, AML and policy modules routed to expert validation, with a signed record of every approval.

SOP & procedure training

Procedure content grounded in what is approved and checked before it reaches the floor.

Assessments & certifications

Questions, answers and scoring logic kept consistent across every version.

Policy updates & attestations

When a policy changes, the update is reprocessed and re-scored before it is republished.

1 compliance module → 12 markets · expert-validated · every approval signed
03 · Customer & Product Education

Academies and product training that stay current as the product and the market list change.

OTTO keeps external training aligned to the product in every market you sell in, without a rebuild at every release.

Customer academies & certifications

Full curricula produced per market and kept in sync as the catalogue evolves.

Product & release training

Tutorials, release training and enablement updated in step with the product, not a quarter behind.

Partner & channel enablement

Partner-facing content produced in the languages your channel actually sells in.

Knowledge base & help content

Support articles and in-product guidance held to the same terminology as the training.

1 product release → academy, tutorials and help content updated together
Most platforms translate. OTTO decides.

Not another content tool. A platform that decides.

The same course can go through either one. Only one of them tells you why a version changed, and who approved it.

Traditional translation OTTO
How work gets triaged Every asset takes the same path, whatever it is. OTTO routes by risk, complexity and regulatory sensitivity before anything runs, and records why.
Quality checks Someone reviews the whole thing at the end, by hand. Every output is scored with a stated reason. Only what falls below threshold reaches a human.
Your experts' time Spent re-reading routine content. Spent on the assets where being wrong actually costs something.
When the source changes Rebuild the module. Re-check every version. The affected content is reprocessed and re-scored. Nothing else moves.
The record Scattered across email, comments and spreadsheets. One audit-ready record: what was decided, by whom, and on what reasoning.
The rules you answer to

The obligations training content answers to.

Training carries obligations long before a regulator asks: how it's packaged, who had to complete it, in what language, and who approved it. OTTO treats those as production requirements, not paperwork added afterwards.

SCORM · xAPI · cmi5

How your courses are packaged and tracked

What OTTO gives you OTTO sits upstream of your authoring tool and your LMS. You publish the package you publish today; OTTO handles the content that goes into it. Manifests, tracking and reporting are never rebuilt.

WCAG 2.2 / AODA

Accessibility obligations for digital training

What OTTO gives you OTTO works on content, not on your interaction or media layer, so an accessible source doesn't have to be re-engineered market by market.

Mandatory training regimes

EHS, AML, privacy and code-of-conduct obligations

What OTTO gives you High-stakes modules are routed to expert validation and carry a signed approval for every market.

Quebec Bill 96

Canadian and Quebec language obligations for workplace training

What OTTO gives you Training produced in English and French together, consistent across both, from a provider that has worked to Canadian requirements for 40 years.

Data protection & residency

GDPR and where your content runs

What OTTO gives you Your content stays in your own environment. We don't train on it, and OTTO can run API-first, on-prem or in your private cloud.

FAQ

Straight answers for learning teams.

Something specific to your stack? Talk to our team and we'll walk through it.

Can we let AI near mandatory training content?

That's exactly why OTTO classifies first. Before anything runs, every asset is assessed for risk, complexity, domain and regulatory sensitivity. Low-risk content takes the automated path. High-risk content takes the human-in-the-loop path. AI never has the final word on the training that can hurt you.

Does this replace our instructional designers and SMEs?

No. It removes the routine volume and the manual checking, so your designers and SMEs spend their time on design, performance and the high-stakes content where their judgment matters.

The product changed. What happens to twelve market versions?

The affected content is reprocessed and re-scored before it goes back out. Unchanged content stays as it was, the change is traced, and every version stays aligned to the same source.

How does OTTO keep our terminology and our voice consistent?

It grounds every output in your own translation memories, glossaries and style guides, retrieved per document rather than applied as one global setting. Product names, role titles and approved phrasing stay locked instead of drifting between modules.

Does it work with SCORM and our LMS?

OTTO sits upstream of your authoring tool and your LMS, and connects through an API, an orchestration layer, or on-prem. Your team keeps publishing the SCORM, xAPI or cmi5 package it publishes today, and OTTO handles the content that goes into it. Nothing in your tracking, your manifests or your reporting gets rebuilt.

What if we've already invested in our own AI?

Keep it. OTTO is model-agnostic: bring your own model and use OTTO to decide what should reach it, ground what it produces, and score what comes back. Models can be swapped without re-plumbing the workflow.
