How do I adapt my text to a specific audience?

On the Rewrite window, open the Audience tab and pick a target audience — general, clients, internal employees, or investors.

  1. Start Rewrite and open the Audience tab.
  2. Under Target audience, select one of the options below.
  3. Run the rewrite and download the result.
Target audience Description
General audience Simple, clear language, accessible to all, no jargon
Clients Engaging tone focused on benefits, value, and experience
Internal employees Motivating and transparent communication, to inform and engage
Investors Professional and persuasive style, focused on results and return on investment

Adapting to an audience does not change the meaning of the text.
