| OTTO expert | A human translator who can help with your document |
| HITL | Human in the loop — sending a document to an OTTO expert |
| XLF / XLIFF | An exchange file format used for translation |
| Version history | The history of files and results for a conversation |
| Workspace | A space that groups your conversations by project |
